Federation Liaison The Federation Liaison Department is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Starfleet relationship with the civilian government agencies of the United Federation of Planets, Foreign Governments, and the civilian populace. The Federation Liaison is responsible for Public Affairs and Relations, Federation Aid, and Civilian Services.
