Investigation points to it originating from the Defiant-class USS Terra Nova. However, the Terra Nova has not been commissioned yet. Starfleet determines a incident to have been the cause of the crashed object. (Terra Nova RPG) November 21 -- The Defiant-class USS Terra Nova is commissioned in orbit of Earth, and launched under the command of Captain Gregory Billings. It was originally intented to be a warship named USS Valdemar. (Terra Nova RPG) Starfleet looese contact with the USS Terra Nova somewhere near the Ryalli Expanse. The Nova class USS Thunderbird is sent to investigate, and disappears as well. Both vessels are deemed lost. (Terra Nova RPG) 2378 -- Starfleet sends the Intrepid-class USS Avalon out near the Ryalli Expanse to investigate the strange disappearances of the USS Terra Nova and the USS Thunderbird. They find evidence that concludes both ships are officially lost. Memorial crews are held on Earth for both crew. (Terra Nova RPG) Early April -- Both the USS Thunderbird and USS Terra Nova appear suddenly outside the Ryalli Expanse. Reports indicate the involvement of a temporal anomaly. The USS Terra Nova has lost 10 of her crew, and the USS Thunderbird 3/4 of her crew to a strange alien presence. The alien presense is gone, but Starfleet makes first contact with the Bibbiti and the Caepaens. (Terra Nova RPG) Late April -- A board of inquiry is convened on Liberty Station to investigate allegations that Lt. Commander Greer attempted to murder his subordinate, Alessandro Markov, while in acting command of the USS Thunderbird. He is ultimitely acquitted of these charges, but receives a reprimand for his actions. Shortly thereafter, he is offered the position of Chief Technology Intelligence Officer for all of the Ryalli Sector. He accepts, and an office is set up for him on Liberty Station. (Terra Nova RPG) USS Terra Nova Ensign, Timothy Harcolm, dies in an accident onboard the USS Thunderbird. He is resurrected by the mysterious Ryalli Entities, and unwittingly takes part in a major Yetanni mythological event in Gideon IV. (Terra Nova RPG) Garrett Andrews, Chief Helm Officer of the USS Terra Nova, falls into an unexplainable coma lasting a few days. When he awakens, he claims to have experienced another life -- as himself -- trapped in the Ancient past of Tempus IV. Temporal Investigations concludeds that Garrett to has experienced an alternate timeline in which the Terra Nova attempted to rescue Federation scientists from the ruins of a dead Tempus IV, but failed. Possible connections are made to the Federation probe found among the ruins of the ancient city of Adarra on Temus IV. (Terra Nova RPG) Commander Mulenga Banda is promoted to Captain of the USS Terra Nova. Garrett Andrews becomes first officer. (Terra Nova RPG) Communication between the starship USS Voyager and the Alpha Quadrant improve when real-time communication is made possible. (VOY: "Author, Author") Earth's Friendship 1 probe is discovered by the USS Voyager crew in the Delta Quadrant. (VOY: "Friendship One") In the Delta Quadrant, the USS Voyager detects high levels of neutrino emissions inside a nebula. A large Borg presense is found inside, and the crew avoids it. Shortly thereafter, a temporal rift is discovered, but it only last a moment before it seals itself. With nothing further to investigate, the ship continues on it's long journey home to Earth. (VOY: "Endgame" -- alternate) - - THE FUTURE -- (Unwritten) -- (Known to Star Trek fans. Unknown to those existing within this timeline as of 2378.) 2379 -- The USS Enterprise-E is ordered to Romulus by Starfleet, after a military coup results in a new governmnet being formed, and peace overtures are made towards the Federation. This is, however, soon discovered to be merely a ploy by the new Praetor, Shinzon, of Remus. The Enterprise-E is severely damaged by Shinzon's ship, the Scimitar, during the Battle of Bassen Rift. In the end, however, Shinzon is killed, and the Scimitar destroyed when Data successfully overloads the thalaron energy weapon. Data returns safely to the Enterprise-E, and the ship is towed back to Earth for repairs. ("Star Trek: Nemesis" -- alternate) After the death of the Reman Praetor Shinzon, peaceful diplomacy between the Federation and Romulan Star Empire contine, and mark the beginning of a new era of peace for both powers. One of the Starfleet vessels dispatched to the Romulan Neutral Zone for these talks is the USS Titan under the new command of William T. Riker. His wife Deanna Riker (nee, Troi) is the ship's counselor, and Wesley Crusher is the assistant chief engineer. ("Star Trek: Nemesis" script & deleted scenes) 2381 -- After receiving fatal injuries on an away mission, Seven of Nine dies onboard the USS Voyager. Her husband, Chakotay is there when she takes her last breath. (VOY: "Endgame") 2385 -- The Klingon Empire finally recovers rom their losses during the Dominion War. (DS9: "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges") 2387 -- Vulcan Ambassador Spock learns of a star going supernova that poses a threat to the galaxy. He uses a ship equipped with red matter in the hopes of collapsing the supernova into a black hole. Before he can complete is plan, however, the supernova reaches the planet Romulus, destroying it. Spock launches the red matter into the supernova, creating a black hole, and further neurtralizing the threat. However, the black hole consumes Spock's ship, along with a nearby Romulan mining vessel commanded by a Romulan named Nero. Both vessels are presumed destroyed. ("Star Trek") 2390 -- Starfleet introduces new uniforms and a new combadge design. (TNG: "All Good Things...", VOY: "Endgame", DS9: "The Visitor") 2392 -- The USS Voyager's EMH invents a synaptic transceiver for a neural interface. (VOY: "Endgame") 2394 -- The USS Voyager finally returns to Earth after 23 years in the Delta Quadrant. Chakotay dies in the same year. (VOY: "Endgame") 2400 -- Harry Kim is promoted to captain, and given command of the USS Rhode Island. The ship then departs on a four-year exploration mission. (VOY: "Endgame") 2404 -- Admiral Kathryn Janeway purhases a time travel device from Koroth, a Klingon scientist. She attempts to travel back to the year 2378 to help USS Voyager get home sooner, but is destroyed by Klingon vessels before she can enter the artificial temporal rift. This is the rift witnessed by Voyager in 2378. (VOY: "Endgame" -- alternate) 2410 -- The Nexus returns to Federation space.
